Are sildenafil and tadalafil safe?+
For most men, yes. Both have been prescribed for over twenty years and have well-understood safety profiles. Our clinicians check for the conditions and medications they don't mix with before prescribing either.
What's the difference between sildenafil and tadalafil?+
Both belong to the same family of medicines and work in similar ways. Sildenafil acts within an hour and lasts around four to six hours, suited to planned moments. Tadalafil acts within two hours and lasts up to thirty-six, suited to spontaneity. The clinician will recommend the one that fits how you live.
Do I need to have seen my GP first?+
